Seat latch was defective
Everything seems great, but the seat latch was defective an would not latch at all. Perhaps I could have disassembled the mechanism and attempted to repair, but I just used the old latch, and tossed the new one in the trash. It wasn't worth my time to try and fix it, or ask for a return.

Great value, and works perfect.
Very straight forward install, direct plug and play. Was used as a replacement for a customers TaoTao pony 50 where the key had been broken off in the ignition.
