This vest comes from China, and unless you are a petite person, it will be too small. I can wear it over a shirt, but not a jacket. The velcro is adjustable, but it's made for the Chinese smaller stature. It also comes by snail , so it took over 3 weeks to get here.

It took them 3 months to deliver this to me.. yeap... that long... Once it arrived, we tried it on and it was ok for me (I am 5 2') but it's way too short for my husband who is 6 0'. The Velcro is good and I like how bright it is, jut be aware of how small it is.

Do not buy this if you're a large size large or bigger. It won't fit around your waist.

Fits perfect, does the job when I run in the dark, I added a flashing light to the pocket they have and it’s even more helpful. Fits true to size and is adjustable. Pulls a little of what you have in the Pocket is too heavy so I utilize the pockets on my running pants when I can.
