TWB Smart - Fat Burning Weighted Hula Hoop Fitness Training DVD

I've been trying to get into a morning exercise routine for a while now, but I can never seem to stick with it. I had been trying jogging, weights, etc, but when it's just me trying to motivate myself I always slowly fall off the wagon. Having a guided workout though is really helping, as now I can't tell myself "well maybe I'll only jog for 10 minutes today instead of 20". The pace of the workout is pretty good and it feels like just about the right level of effort so that I feel exercised and energized but not wiped out.

I really thought I was ordering a hoola hoop. So I rechecked my order to find I ordered a DVD. I did watch it. It gave me a lot of ideas to use for a work out. I hoola hooped as a kid. I love it. I only did waist but I plan to give some of the moves a try.

There are a lot of hula hoops out there, but I choose this one because it comes with the workout DVD. Good choice. I was wondering what the heck you do with the hoop other than stand there hooping. How is that even exercise? The video show you all kinds of cool stuff, different workout techniques, etc. I am very satisfied. Good quality, great instructions. Everything I expected and more.

Wow, I didn't realize there were so many hooping moves. I would just waist hoop, but now I know a lot more moves for my workout. Myranda is so funny! I just found out this is also on Amazon Prime Video, so I'll probably watch it on there next time.

I thought it was a DVD and a hoola hoop. It gave a description of a hoola hoop too. Only got DVD and I ordered 2 because I needed 2 hoola hoops.

My wife ordered this for more of a routine style workout not an introduction on how to use a hula hoop which is what this is, great for the beginner but if your looking for more of a workout routine this is not it. Will be returning. Packaging was not impressive also and my case was cracked.

I bought this because I thought it would be fun to get some exercise at home in the A/C. It’s way too hot outside most days, and the gym is always so crowded. It took some practice, but I’m rockin this hoop thing!

Not quite fond of the presentation of the DVD itself. It reminds me of bootleg movies. 😒 I haven't opened it to see the workouts yet since It just literally got delivery a couple mins ago. But I'm hoping it will be worth the purchase. Otherwise, it will be returned.

Gut funktioniert

After a rocky start, Amazon resolved my problem and for that I thank you, the disk itself is fun and gives the workout needed when impossible to get to the gym, for that i thank the aerobic group. All up is a good product

Es ist eine schlecht gebrannte DVD. Es gibt keine richtige Hülle und das Bild auf der DVD ist verpixelt. Man zahlt für einen DVD Rohling 16 €. Da könnten sie lieber eine Datei verkaufen, welche man sich dann selber aufspielt. Die einfache Hülle ohne Cover war zudem auch noch verkratzt.

Beschreibung verspricht Reifen, DVD und Maßband. Es kam nur die DVD. Kann Amazon das bitte mal klären! Ist ja nach vorhergehenden Rezensionen nicht das erste Mal.

In der Beschreibung stand Hula Hoop Reifen mit Maßband und DVD allerdings ist nur die DVD angekommen von dem Reifen und dem Maßband fehlt jede spur.
