Excellent quality and sturdy product but only downside is that it’s a lot smaller than I expected but that is my own fault as I didn’t read the dimensions properly and assumed it would be large.

Sturdy, good looking , excellent quality not just this rack but ALL the USA pan bakeware ...Expensive for sure but you dont get great stuff cheap...only drawback is you will get addicted to buying all USA pan bakeware if you are a passionate baker:)

I highly recommend this brand for all pans. Really nice heavy duty, cooks things well.

Not what I thought in terms of price, size n quality

Too small. Only one medium cake can be placed at a time.

Thickness and material is good but to many scratches on border of the tray, in dilemma whether to use it or return it.

USA are the only pans I buy. I've used their loaf pans for years. This Jelly Roll Pan, like their others, is heavy duty, cleans easily, and is non-stick. The dimensions are just what I was looking for. It should last a lifetime. Side note, I'm 80 years old so my kids will still get lots of use from it!

I am a BIG fan of USA Pan and ordered this mini sheet pan - it's the perfect size for cooking for one, or smaller meals. It cleans up so easily with its special silicone coating. Best of all, it's PTFE PFOA and BPA free. I use parchment paper when baking, and anything that might wander beyond the paper is a snap to clean up. USA Pan is made in the US, and they have decades of experience producing commercial cookware.As a comparison, I ordered an aluminum mini sheet pan from the number one provider of bakeware as a comparison to the USA Pan aluminized steel. After using both, I can't say enough about the USA Pan. The sturdiness, quality and easy clean-up of the USA Pan just can't be beat. So, if you are in the market for new baking sheets, consider the USA Pan and avoid cheap imports that may warp or rust. If you take care of your USA Pan as per the instructions, it will serve you well for many years. Highly recommend.

After owning the small version heavy duty half sheet pan for many years and absolutely loving it I bought this Made in USA 3/4 sheet pan. This size is perfect as I needed more cooking surface It is definitively commercial grade. Keep in mind that it is quite heavy should weight be an issue. The instructions clearly state not to use above 450°F. Cleaning it is usually a cinch. With my older pan I made the mistake of spraying cooking oil. Using cooking spray is also not recommended as it may "bake" into the pan. You may try a fume free oven cleaner to safely remove the baked in oil.Bottom line I love these heavy duty commercial grade pans.

I’ve been using this set quite a bit for baking/roasting vegetable dishes, chicken (pieces), fish filets, sheet pan meals, etc. I like the heft/sturdiness of the pan and find it very roomy. Typically, I use it with the silicone insert, an additional grill that I purchased, or parchment paper as opposed to placing items directly on the pan’s surface. Some protection makes clean up easier and probably prolongs the life of the non-stick surface. Most of the time all I have to do is rinse the pan in hot water/dish soap and let it dry. If occasionally juice/liquid from something runs and manages to stick to the pan, I just soak it off. I find this set a lot easier to use than typical heavy, bulky broiler pans that are difficult to clean.

I’d been trying to find a jelly roll pan for over a week and had almost given up. Then I saw and ordered this one. When it arrived it had wonderful features: it was heavy duty with a ribbed bottom, nonstick surface with an excellent cover/carrying case. The size was perfect. Oh, I was finally able to make the delicious “Texas Sheet-cake”!
