average quality,not much usefull
Mediocre quality,the cutter wheel ment for cutting the ampule is not so sharp,the spare wheel is broken.Doesn't cut the ampules as expected.High priced china item(shipped from china through india post).Took long to deliver.Not better than regular ampule cutter sold in indian market.
