Honestly I was very sceptical in ordering this item as I have tried a few before this that have been really useless and very small than what stated. However, I can not rate this product enough. For the mums out there who know what i mean by this when i say i have a mummy pouch and therefore find it very difficult to buy items like this long enough to fit over it comfortably plus with being a plus size women need I say more. This sweat vest is amazing, it fits over perfectly and is long enough to be comfortable. Although a little tight to get on first, it is so worth it due to it then moulding to your shape as to not feel like its suffocating you. It doesn't smell like some products I've tried, it's invisible under clothing and also gives you a very flattering figure. Now down to the technicalities of it, I wore it for a whole day almost doing housework, exercise and running around after the kids and I can honestly say it did not move, roll up or alter in any way shape or form which was amazing. The sweat that was there when I took it off was shocking to say the least, I was drenched but although the vest was soaked to, I did not notice it when wearing so did not feel uncomfortable and again there was no smell or sweat lines which I found very good. It was really easy to hand wash and put on the line to dry and still when putting it on the following day, had not shrunk or expanded and also didnt lose shape or crease. I have wore it for 3 days in a row now and I can absolutely say that I feel a difference in my tummy area and back under bra area and so again can not express how amazing this sweat vest product is and have already told everyone about it. I will definitely be using these sellers again who as well are very helpful and provide some after care with a follow up email and discounts which I thought was great customer care. This sauna vest really holds me in well. Because it’s high back too I don’t have any back fat spilling over the edges which always happens with other products. I’m sweating already and not even working out yet!

I am a size 14 and bought a size 14 after reading the reviews, at first thought it may be too small as you zip the front up which takes a bit to pull together and zip, but got the zip up and it fits snug and comfortable if I had bought a size bigger I think it would not fit properly. It does make you sweat so will looking forward to some changes later on with wearing this.

This is what I 've been looking for for a long time! The fit is true to size, the zip makes it easy to put on, and the immediate transformation of my figure is impressive. It is comfortable to wear, I have worn it all day and it did not ride up as some reviews have suggested. I am a size 20 and the 2XL fits as it should. It was a little bit of a squeeze the first time I tried it on and so I lay flat on the bed to zip it up, ( as I usually do with a new pair of jeans), I would say as long as you can join the zipper at the base when standing then you have the right size. I should feel very snug without being too tight to move in order for it to work properly. I suffer with chronic back pain after two bouts of surgery years ago, and this is the main reason I sent for this as back supports are very bulky under clothing. This is amazing, it's invisible yet very supportive and I can enjoy a bit of exercise again with renewed confidence, and if I lose some weight as well then that's a bonus! It is a well made item and good value for money. I recommend this body shaper to anyone who needs back support and or tummy control, with comfort.

This is comfortable and snug. The material is strong so looks long lasting. Great for work outs to help with sweating. I wear size 14 and ordered a large which fits fine

I received my shapewear quickly and used it that same evening.  Just the right size, a snug fit which is what I intended. Did a circuit type class and felt the garment warming up as I sweated. Needless to say, I had to give it a hand wash as it was pretty damp. Looking forward to wearing it again in my Zumba class tomorrow! Does what it says it will do, I'm very pleased with it. Hopefully I can update in a couple of wks with news of a flatter stomach!

My supposed size was a bit loose so i decided to go for an xxl which was a bit tight on me but i like it like that. I would rather have it fitted than loose. And I'm loving it already. Seems a bit itchy tho. I find it warm too. I will definitely recommend this item.

*April 2021*I bought the Gotoly Women Waist Trainer to wear for the gym, and I've been waist training for years, and I'm in the gym 6 times a week. If your used to wearing a waist trainer this is brilliant if you are familiar with the latex steel boning other waist trainers have, this can be a little painful to wear over time, or at least for me because I get a very small size. This neoprene, waist trainer is excellent. In 2021 and beyond everyone should invest in a waist training to smooth your tummy nicely, look cute in the gym and more importantly support your back and core for working out, jogging, running, gym, even walking. I ordered a small (S) and it fits perfectly. I may order an extra small (XS) after. Very happy and comfortable to wear, discreet under clothing. More comfortable than expected.
