So... My kitten loved this... Well at least for the hour it lasted before the support rope disconnected whilst he was sleeping and made him fall from a height.It was sturdy, the suction cups were very strong however the failure in the rope support makes this a danger to cats.The item states that it can hold up to 60lbs in weight and the structure probably could hold this. However the rope support failed on my kitten who is 3.3kg approximately 7 pounds.I have requested a return of this item and have asked for an investigation and potential removal from sale due to the danger to pets. I was fortunate my kitten wasn't badly injured although he is now very nervous.I am very disappointed as chose this item because of the metal frame and the fact it was meant to be a safer sturdier option.

Happy about my purchase. After a few days I can confirm the hammock is still hanging from the window. I initially had problems with one of the suckers because of its shape (see the pic) but the seller immediately gave me the solution to this problem making the sucker work and now my cats can enjoy their new bed!UPDATE: 2018-2021 - Still working perfectly! Don't leave bad reviews. Put the suckers in hot water and you'll see how strong they are! I'll definitely buy a new one for my crew! :o)

Everything seemed to be sturdy at first. The hammock has been up for a week and no cat used it until the sun came out a few days ago for a short visit and then my sun-loving cat jumped on. She weighs just under 4kg. She spent maybe 30 mins up there till the sun went away. Then today, one of the wires came out of the crimped metal thing that holds it on, so I can no longer use it because even though the suckers are still on the window, the wire cannot be attached and it is not safe to use with only one wire. There seems to be no way to push the wire back into the crimped part so I am unable to fix it myself so unless I can get a replacement wire that is not faulty, it will have to be returned. I bought this one because of the reviews and because the hammock pipes were metal instead of plastic like the others. I half expected a problem with the suction cups but they are still on the window. Since the product is not safe and can't be used, and has only been up on the window for a week, I can only give it 1 star.

I am really impressed with this bed. It is easy to assemble, I had no issues at all. The instructions are very clear. Once put together, it is very sturdy.Once I stuck it to the window the cat jumped on it instantly. It never fell! Twice we found that one suction cup had came unstuck, however, I think we did not press it enough as it had not came loose since. I am very happy with the strength of the suction power. The photos here are of our smaller cat (who is in love with the bed), he is about 3.5kg but we have a slightly bigger cat of 4kg who can jump on the bed with no problems too. At one point I did see both of them on the bed with no issues at all, the suction cups still worked and did not come loose. Is is very sturdy and does not move about, etc :)I was hesitant to buy it at first because, like we all know, the suction cups you get for the bathroom and kitchen do not work lol. However, I am extremely pleased with this purchase. I cannot wait for summer when they can sunbathe on it. At the moment it is winter and they like spying out the window and watching people walk their dogs =')

What's not to like! As you can see my furbaby is very happy 😊 he can now look out into his garden 🐈 until his momma has his cat conservatory built 😊🐱🐅 My Tiger isn't over-weight he's just a 'big' boy, I chose this hammock mainly for the weight 22k so my Tiger has no problem 😊

During a recent thunderstorm, the boys cuddled up together for the first time since they were kittens - looking a little precarious on our existing window perch that just didn’t have the room for both of them. So I bought this because of the size and weight rating giving me the confidence of being able to handle 14Kg of Russian Blue. I expected them to share it only occasionally, but they’ve been sleeping like this every day since it was installed. Thoroughly recommended!

I was a little doubtful of the excellent reviews for this product before I bought it. However when I received and assembled it I found it to be very well designed and made, easy to assemble- all the parts fit together precisely, the whole thing is sturdy. The suckers are very large and I followed the instructions (washing them in warm water to make them flexible then cleaning the window) before installing it into place. It has stayed in place since I put it up, my largish cat jumped onto it straight away and has spent many happy hours sleeping, grooming and looking though the window from it ever since, a very happy cat and a happy me!It’s very refreshing to buy such a quality product for a very reasonable price, well done 🌟

Great item. Good quality product. Cats love it and won’t get off. Very sturdy, well made with the added blanket.Assembly instructions are useless and incomplete as it doesn’t quite work they way it’s describe with pipe lengths. Then when all is fitted, they don’t tell you to feed the netted base in the pipes or that it should be done before connecting the pipes, so best to check the main picture and work it out for yourself.I was sceptical about whether the suction cups would work or hold a 5kg cat, let alone two cats but it’s grips very well making it secure.Love it that I ordered another one.
