received my unit last week and got it installed - was installed to my Toyota GT86 2017.steering wheel controls work as expected, mirror link DOES WORK - those that do not have knowledge on this tech: in your android device, you need to enable USB DEBUGGING. if this is not enabled you will NOT be able to mirror link. this device can mirror link with my stylo 4+ running 8.1 security patch jan 1 2019. bluetooth was easy to setup; anxious to pair my ELM327 bluetooth to view active data stream from ECU. reverse cam works flawless - only exception: to those who are running additional amplifiers / audio equipment **NOTE** my remote / antenna 12V turn on from the android head unit (blue wire) does NOT WORK. this did not affect me as i rerouted my remote devices to the ignition 12V supply.now the annoying part: i'm currently reverse engineering this device as to bypass the reverse camera audio cut-off. after installation of everything and light modifications to my dash trim, all was well - until i put the car in reverse, expecting the normal audio still playing through reverse camera operation - REVERSE CUTS THE AUDIO OFF. very annoying. i believe i will be able to disable this from ADB console.gps is awesome, i have not had the chance to grab any other maps off the net at this time. updates seem to be free and easily downloaded. apart from the reverse cut off, i WOULD give this unit 5 stars.. but three seems sufficient with the audio cut-off and the remote 12V supply in-op: -2 from the 5 = 3 stars.would recommend to my tech friends - obviously more popular brands as JVC and Kenwood are what i install professionally and personally, but with this one being an exception. i have tried another kind of cheaper android unit without gps and actual buttons. soft touch buttons are cool for phones, not for cars (like painting by horseback). i think this one may stay where it is indefinitely; does what i need it to do, can view a map without having multiple devices, bluetooth can take care of calls or music, steering wheel controls are a must, and mirror link + android auto is probably the easiest solution to all.

Unit claims m,mirror link in the description - but after seeing manual and checking asin on the web this model does not support mirror link.

Dont waste your money. It broke as soon as I installed it. Finally got it to work and now the screen went out. I'm pretty disappointed.

Radio had random issues tuning in and turning off, drained my car's battery and made instrument panel go crazy (even though professionally installed). False advertising, it is in fact not a capacitive screen, but the generic cheap touchscreen, very unresponsive. Too much more to list. Just do not buy Esgoo. You get what you pay for when it comes to auto head units.

I installed this stereo into my 2009 Toyota Matrix and it was quite a simple install. I had to get a harness for it because my current stereo is only single DIN. The installation and connection were quite easy using the harnesses that came with the stereo.Once installed, I noticed that the sound quality was quite good. I was worried that it might have a lower quality sound than my original stereo, but I was pleasantly surprised. The bluetooth function works very well and I am happy to be able to make and receive calls on it. As for the rear camera installation, I have not yet installed it as it is supposed to be done by a technician. It would have been nice if it came with some better instructions on how to install it so I could do it myself.Overall Impression: The installation of the deck was pretty simple and straightforward, and the sound quality of the deck is great. The bluetooth function works great, and I will add more once I get the backup camera installed. It was a pretty easy install and the functions all work as they are supposed to. For now, I am very satisfied with this deck and would recommend it, especially for the price.

Not very satisfied, the screen mirroring for your phone doesnt work; at least on mine. The main reason I bought it so the kid could watch the cartoons on my phone for her, while on trips. (Upside you can have to screen on while driving so if you have readable program's on a thumb drive or micro sd card they can entertain little one's on a road trip.) Does not fit well in 2011 Impala, I've installed multiple decks in my day and this was a headache; just due to its akward shape the size of face plates for dash kits for 2011 impalas, they come come smaller than the deck so it sits ok but awkward. The thing I do like about it is the sound isnt that bad for the price sounds better than my stock deck, just not a whole lot of sound adjustment options, but its still great quality sound. I did notice however that my passenger speaker doesnt work after instalment, the passengers tweeter works though. (This could also be a problem with ny wire harness but everything is connected securely with but connectors and double checked, so its hard to say who is "at blame" on that particular problem.) Another downfall I was looking forward to was the boot up logo you need a 4 digit password after mutlipe Google, and Youtube searches I could not find one for the Essgoo 7018B double din, it mostly gives you import car logos. When asking what it was here on questions the company gave a response of 1234 (which I knew and only brings up the logos I previously mentioned) or 0000 which does not work because it does not allow you to proceed after one 0 with multiple 0's. I saw a YouTube video that had a 7018B deck that put in 1983 and got more logos but it does not work on mine. At the end of the day its not the end of the world. After the nightmare of installing the deck itself I didnt even bother with the back up camera so I dont have any comments on that. But I can say this deck has a descent sound and Im happy with the blue tooth function and wirless phone its pretty good for that. Do I recommend ay 7018B double din deck, yes for Essgoo not so much after doing my research I was satisfied with it's options for the price point but this company's version didnt quite suit all my needs. So do I recomed a 7018B deck? Yes(just not for a 2011 Imapala) Do I recommend one from Essgoo....not really.

It is not a bad unit, but I bought it primarily for phone calls and screen mirroring. The microphone is weak as the other side cannot hear me without talking an inch from the mic. The main menu cannot be accessed from the unit, instead the remote has to be used. It won't mirror the Apple (iOS) products, didn't try with Android since the on-screen instructions were in Chinese. I am sending it back, but if you are looking for a radio and mp3 player, then it will absolutely do the trick.

I installed this easily in a 2007 Toyota Yaris. I was surprised with how well it works and sounds for the price. My only complaint is that in sunlight it's hard to see, but that being said I think it's easily the best deck available even close to this price range. After 10 days the screen stopped working. After contacting the seller they immediately sent a replacement. I got it the next day. Highly recommend this seller as well.

this product is advertised as a double din, however it doesnt fit in a standard double din adapter. it is slightly larger and taller. i dont have the time to try and cut my adapter to make it fit. i havent had a chance to turn it on, so i cant comment on the performance.

The only good thing about this head unit is the Bluetooth. This head unit is slow, sometime unresponsive, sometimes out of nowhere would just restart itself for no reason, the radio does not pick up most stations that a radio in this region should and There is no way to adjust the sound options. I would not recommend this head unit to anyone. If you are looking for a double din head unit such as this, it is better to drop a couple hundred and get one that you can actually say was worth your money.

Very happy with it for what I paid for, I can play my movies (MP4) and my MP3 tunes and see photos(JPG), shipment was very fast, all looks ok except I had to cut the dash plate a bit to make that radio fit perfectly.

The sound quality is awesome. It has a built in amplifier. Screen mirroring is easy, if your phone isnt supported wirelessly you can just plug it in and mirror it with usb or rca. Works great with my 12''pioneer, some older cars you might have to still splice the dimmer wire on to another one to avoid the flickering problem. Besides bad english and a sort of clunky interface (uplay is worse lol) it is definitely worth the price

For a cheap headunit it is a pretty good deal for the price! Bluetooth connects right away, sound quality is pretty good, but the bass equalizer isn’t the best in my opinion. Overall a good unit if your on a budget and don’t want to spend 200+ on a name brand unit. (If you go into settings and put the code 1983 you can change the mp5 logo when booting to your cars logo)

Actually a great unit - I bought one for my truck and a couple buddies saw it and loved it. I told them it was 58 bucks and hear I am buying 2 more. Totally worth the money - super cheap but that’s how I like it.

Was simple hookup, size is bigger than normal double din still gotta figure that one out. Seems to work good, pretty basic layout could be a bit nicer. Would be nice if Bluetooth audio played off of Bluetooth screen (play on main menu for example) so far so good though. Display and audio quality is definitely more than I expected for 60 bucks.

It does not come with AM radio and I could only pair one phone to it. I had to delete one once I paired another one. It also drops out after 30 seconds of talk .

Looks nice out of the box but is a piece of junk, I did not have high expectations for the price, but it did not work at all, returned it and got a much better one for only a little more money.
