Q: Is it ok to use in hair?

Yes. It wont stain your hair. It doesn't show very red on hair, though. Maybe if you have very light colored hair, otherwise it looks like redish-blackish goo in your hair. Pretty much like matted blood in your hair.

Q: Does it stick and dry on plastic?

Yes and no. It will stay unless you rub it on material. I put it on a fake plastic machete and it stayed, but if my laby liberty costume touch the machete with the fake blood on it it would leave red behind

Q: I need this for a tall 10 year old bride of frankenstein costume (size 12 long white dress) and a little bit of skin. what size bottle should i buy?

I bought the smallest bottom and had plenty for adult costume and props
