Bought this set for my 5yr old twin girls. They were always eyeing my makeup so thought they might enjoy their own.I didn't want anything too grown up because it was obviously only for play/pretend. But I found play makeup to be over priced for something cheaply made, petroleum based, and many reviews claimed there wasn't much of it so didn't last very long if not essentially one time use.Then I found this set!! It's more like grown up makeup but package perfectly for little ladies.The little containers are adorable and well made. Hard plastic and sturdy. The blush and eye shadow have screw on caps while the lip glosses are hinged caps. My girls have difficulty opening the lip gloss as they close fairly snug.The lipsticks are cute. One of the lipsticks did fall off but I think it was due to one of my girls trying to use it fully extended.The cosmetic colors are vibrant and a scented. Doesn't take much for results. Washes off easily.The brush and puffs are well made.Good quality and well made.I bought an additional brush set to go with since my girls love playing with mine. I also bought a small cosmetics bag to put them in because it doesn't come with one.I was unsure how small these would be and was surprised as they weren't as small as I thought they'd be. I mean they are for kids so they aren't big but not miniature in the least.Over all, I am ecstatically pleased with this set, my girls LOVE it! I would definitely recommend and have considered buying another set but feel this set will actually last awhile.

My 4 year old loves this! Disclaimer- she is careful with makeup and doesn’t like to make a mess. Please if you buy these make sure you don’t remove the clear plastic hole “shaker” piece from the powders. If you do you WILL have a huge mess. Those plastic parts are meant so you can punch through the hole with a toothpick or something and creat a tiny shaker to tap out just a small portion of the powder at a time. Adorable and sturdy packaging and the lipsticks are REAL. They look plastic but they are so cute. Not too crazy bright either. Very happy!!!

This set is absolutely adorable, but a word of caution—it’s not for the really little ones. The lipsticks and powders are surprisingly bright and pigmented. My 4-yr-old can’t apply lipstick to just her lips yet and gets it all over her mouth area. Not surprisingly she got this lipstick all over her face, and it did not easily wipe off (left a bit of a stain around her mouth). Not the end of the world, and she loved it, so I’d still buy it again. Very high quality product/not cheap at all.

Bought for the upcoming halloween makeup. They are so CUTE CUTE CUTE!I love the owl jar the best.There's plenty of blue and purple powders which can be used as eyeshawdows. Those are perfect for a frozen princess makeup! And a HUGE jar of pink powders we used as blush. Very beautiful color with just a little shimmer. Those colors are the most popular colors among little girls. It even comes with puffs and brushes which makes life much easier.The cupcake lipgloss are so cute! My 6 yr old daughter begged for this! The lipgloss itself is shiny. My daughter immediately applied them onto herself and her dolls.... The lipbalm is with very light pink color and coconut scented. It's good as a daily moisturizer.This set is just as cute as the picture. I love this makeup kit. It's a decent gift for its price.

Very cute, but just know that the powder is LOOSE powder. In hindsight, you can tell in the pics, but it didn’t occur to me that they would do that for kids’ makeup. My kiddo would spill it everywhere, and you could see it floating through the air. I was concerned about her breathing it in. I finally convinced her to let me pitch the two large animals with loose powder and keep the rest in exchange for some new make-up.

My 7 yr old absolutely loves this!!! It is the cutest make up kit i could find. All the colors are bright and shiny, everything is sturdy and fits well in her hands, and it cleans off very easily.

I bought this for my daughter and her friend for their birthdays (both 5 yrs old). They love these - very cute with bright, shiny colors. The lip gloss smells awesome, even I have used it. You have to be a little careful with the lip-stick cases as some will come apart (the white rod in the middle), so you just have to make sure those are on so they close correctly. Overall the kids love this - and it is super cute with all of the little animal faces. It is fun for the girls to use this to play dress up.
