I have use this for a long time. I like how it covers my gray hair and how easy it is to use.

Love the product especially the color. Unfortunately, one of the boxes was crushed causing one of the bottles to crack inside which began to leak. Luckily it was the developer which has no color but nonetheless damaged that one box. Since I was needing to use the color right away, I opened the others since they weren't damaged. You can just give me credit for the one that was damaged and I will pay for the other two.

i only use this for a quick fix when i can't get to my professional colorist. the product results in inconsistent coverage for virgin hair vs previously dyed hair. used the same product a few times over the course of the last year. each time it left my virgin roots with brassy highlights while the previously dyed hair looked as expected per the box w/o brassy highlights.have a remaining box because i bought a three pack but won't be using it. the results are too inconsistent and tacky.

This product does an excellent job covering the grays and the resulting color is so beautiful. No harsh chemical smell.
