SKYMEE Dog Camera Treat Dispenser, WiFi Remote Pet Camera with Two-Way Audio and Night Vision, Compatible with Alexa

I thoroughly enjoy this camera!! We’ve been using the SKYMEE Camera and treat dispenser for a few days now and it’s fantastic !! It Is Very easy to set up and to follow the instructions, you can scan the QR code with your camera or you can go to the app store's and download the app manually. Once you have completed the first step you will be asked to input your phone number or your email address, I went for the email address option to which they send you a verification email you click on to activate, you are then prompted to add a rememberable password, once you have completed this stage you will need to connect it to your wifi which is very easy to do and only takes a minute if, in range of the wifi, it will then prompt you to hold your phone up to the doggy cam and wait for a beep once all this is done your good to go :) My Pro's - Peace of mind when your away from your pet - It has the ability to see at night with the ''Night Vision Cam'' - You Can Interact with your dog or cat as it has two-way audio - You can be alerted if your pet is in distress and barking - It has motion detect so will notify you if your pet comes close to the unit - You can view and record and snap photos in Hd Quality - It has different size inserts for the treat door for different size food treats :) - I also use this dog camera to see and hear what's going on at home when I'm not around and it works perfectly every time! Great if you have kids lol - Before the treat is thrown, a sound is played - the default is a dog bark but I think I read somewhere you can change this. - Includes adaptors for US, UK, and EU - Great to use as a security camera! This can be moved around the house without it having to be connected each and every time to the internet which makes it fun as you don't have to house your pet to the one room. My husband ordered this for me as a gift for when I have to leave our baby girl at home as she really suffers from anxiety when I'm away from home for more than a second... As I'm a stay at home mum she gets the benefits of having me there all the time so when I do have to leave to go to the shops or somewhere she cant go this has proven to be a godsend for me and for her, the only downside is that I think she is cottoning on to stay at the cam to always get my attention lol and a treat. I give this a full five-star rating and would love to upload a video as soon as I can to show just how great this machine is.

I at first loved the product. But now it keeps kicking me out. Doesnt log in on my phone properly anymore. The dispenser chucks out the treats but they actually dont go anywhere they just mount up in the little slot and then my dog jumps up and tries to get to the treat which then knocks it over. It forever logs off then I have to wait 24hrs for it to work again. Sometimes when I'm at home it will turn green which indicates that somebody has activated the camera.... yet it only works on 1 device which is on my mobile so concerns me if somebody else may have access to it?

The camera and the treat dispenser are good features but the motion sensor goes off all the time, even on the lowest sensitivity setting, when there's nothing there, a ghost maybe? And the microphone sound quality is very poor. The voice sounds very far away and crackles. I don't use this feature anymore as it scares the life out my cat. Other than that it is good to keep an eye on her while I'm away and keep her stocked up with treats

First thibgs first it is an easy to use product, although scanning the barcode for network connectivity took a few tries. The speaker quality is awful no matter how loud or sharp your voice is. Very disappointed in that aspect. The treat dispenser works amazingly and hasn't jammed so far. The camera quality is decent and adjusts to suit your networks capability. The motion sensor is a little too sensitive but you can adjust that accordingly. The 120 degree angle on tge canera alliws ne to see a majority of my hallway which is where Scooby resides at present while I'm at work. All in alId say ut is a great camera and treat dispenser but sound quality needs to be improved on drastically

We got this Petcam just a few days ago. SOmetimes we have to leave our pets a little longer alone in the house, and that's when this gadget comes in. You can view realtime what your dog (or cat) is doing, but the most fun is, when you talk to the dog! You can even give him treats from a distance! It's so much fun to see the dog looking for treats and then coming back to the camera to watch if there's more. We got her to sit before she got more treats! The videao quality is excellent, even in the dark, thanks to infrared. The audio is bit less. There is some backhground noise, but our dog was able to hear us. On our recorded video's was no audio, I'm not sure if I missed it. Just video was enough for us, and our dog doesn't bark that much. Setup was very easy! I really hate it when you have to do al kinds of trouble and settings. But not with this petcam! Just plug it in and it works! There is no on or off button, just plug in a wall socket and int works. Even mij kids were able to set up when leaving the house. To sum it up; it is a great little gadget to look after your pets when you're away a bit longer, and even a kid can handle it!!!

I bought this product two years ago and use it on a regular basis. It’s great value for money, works very well and gives me peace of mind that my dogs are ok! I also reached out directly to the Skymee team to help me with an issue and they were super responsive and helpful! Would definitely recommend this product

The quality of the image is very poor, the barking sound from the machine when I feed my dog a treat is so loud that it absolutely terrifies him. When you disconnect the machine for a while, you have to re-install the whole thing again which is a pain because the QR code never scans. It simply doesn’t work. What a waste of money.

The camera and features work ok, and I had no issues connecting the device. The camera isn't the best, but it's not bad. The sound is crackly and not good at all. Unfortunately the feeder is likely to go back in the box won't be used, as it is *very* noisy when it ejects the treats and as a result scares the pets. It's a shame because it's a good idea, but this ruins it. We'll persist a bit longer, but I don't think this will improve over time - our animals are rarely scared by loud noises even fireworks don't bother them, but this really freaks them out. Such a shame!
