Great Hatch green chile. Wonderful flavor with slight heat.

Had these when I was in Arizona visiting family and fell in love! They are so good and the heat is just right! I came home to Indiana and had to order them! This was a great alternative to the price on their website and their website was out of stock of this size so it worked out great! I would highly recommend with a breakfast burrito!*update - I didn’t realize they have a shelf life of about 2-3 weeks. Not that this is a bad thing, they just started to grow mold faster than I was expecting

I have have tried several of the Hatch Valley Green Chiles and this is the best I have tasted. Immediately upon opening the box I could smell the chile and had not even opened the jar. After opening the jar, the smell was intense. I loved the level of heat. I prefer my sauces a little on the warm side and this fit the bill perfect. I did a side by side taste with some others and they paled by comparison. This was recommended to me by a friend and I would definitely recommend it as well.

These 🌶 green chilies are perfect for so many uses. They make excellent addition to Pozole or soups. Corn chowder is my family’s favorite. Spice up your slow cooked beans or a great addition to meats for nachos. The uses are endless. You can also freeze them in ziplock bags for use later. Great product. Love them.

This is the only brand of green chile I can find that doesn't have onions. I am allergic to onions and am thrilled with this brand. I use it for soups, stews, pork and chicken dishes, enchiladas, tortillas and breakfast dishes. Has a good kick to it and it is low calorie. If you like hot and spicy, this is a high quality brand. Highly recommend.

Southwest 505 Salsa is the best. Almost all commercially available salsas boost their content by adding cheap, filling and (for me) stomach-upsetting onions. This company's salsas are all onion-free and just use a lot of super flavorful Hatch Valley chilis. Yum!!
