When I first purchased this book, I wasn’t really sure what to expect, but as I kept reading it I really loved it! I would recommend this book to any expecting/moms who are interested in using oils during pregnancy, birth and on! I’m a new mom-to-be and I learned so many useful things from this book, from nutrition to which oils to use and not use during pregnancy and on your babies!

I loved using this book during my pregnancy to know which oils to avoid and WHY, also all of the recipes and tips are great! The reference chart in the back is so helpful to know which oils to avoid during pregnant or with kids!

I love this book! It has made me feel so empowered with my oils as a mother and pregnant women! It is also full of information for postpartum! It covers all aspects of a women’s body!

This book is well-written and is loaded with great information. The first part of the book goes into detail about oils (which to avoid/which to use) and then that material is summarized in charts towards the end of the book as a reference guide. The reference guide is handy.My one complaint is that the author referred to the baby as a parasite. This is unfortunate because the book is otherwise a useful resource.

Love this book. It isn't written in a "trust me" way like most other essential oils books. It gives me the info I'm looking for and it's a fun read too.You can access a lot of the information from this book in the Lucy Libido Facebook group, but the book is still worth having on hand for sure.
