I read earlier reviews about this shirt being rather small. I usually wear an XL tee to give me a loose and comfortable fit. So, I ordered the 2XL, which is the largest size this comes in. It fits, and will work fine for what I bought it for, but it fits like a sausage casing.

Runs 4 Sizes too small
I bought this for a Halloween costume.I ordered 2 sizes too big because it said "runs small", and it was STILL 2 sizes too small. It also arrived late and left me scrambling to find something to replace it with. I gave 2 stars because they got the color right.

Not true size
I ordered a 4XL since I was afraid the sizing might run small. It fit like a med-large. Disappointed and returned it.
