Worth the price
Love this oil, though it’s pricey. It actually sticks to Pyrex without wiping all the way off, so it’s great for greasing pans

365 Brand is Terrific
Great Canola Oil. Read the size, though. I bought it because it's organic and when you cut it 50% with olive oil, the olive oil retains the taste, the blend can add a great olive flavor. This makes it easy to sauté anything as canola has a very high frying temp. The blend is good in pesto, vinaigrette and almost anything. This canola oil is a great find. Also, when cake mixes or recipes call for oil, canola is the healthiest, if it's organic.

It’s pricy oil
So it’s my fault, it did say 16oz. I guess I’ve never seen a bottle of oil that small as they are typically 48-128oz. So I ended up paying for a tiny bottle the same as if I went to Walmart and got a 48oz bottle; it’s 3x the normal price without 3 x the value. Hey if you’re gonna charge that much at least reduce the fat…oh wait they did…3x less fat, right! Oil is 100% fat..ha ha!

Very high smoke point so it’s great for frying
I don’t buy seed oils anymore because generally they’re not very healthy but this one is organic so save your EVO for non fried dishes.
