This is a great product for budding geologists. My boys had great fun sorting through all the various rocks, gems and fossils. They loved the arrowheads and the sharks teeth (of which there were loads!). I bought for activities during Covid 19 pandemic and was very happy.The guide sheet are book are very helpful with just enough information to keep my 5 and 7 year old interested but not too much that they switched off.I would definitely recommend for anyone who wants lots of gems to either start a collection or add to an existing collection.

When I opened the package on delivery, the box was much smaller than I imagined. The rocks and minerals come mostly mixed together in plastic bags. This makes it much more fun than if they were already set out in a display box. There is a booklet and an A4 sized poster, where we could sort all the rocks onto. Here was at least one of every kind of rock on the poster. There is a great selection. We especially liked that it wasn't only polished stones, but also things like sharks teeth, lava, arrowheads, and fossilised turtle poo. We did have to google how to split a geode, as there were no instructions for that. One was very hard to split, the other very easy. This is a very well put together kit.

Really great product, lots of different things inside, decent size stones and the information booklet is great. It’s a really nice set to start a child’s interest in rocks and minerals and my 6 year old is very happy with it.

Daughter (12) asked for some rocks and pointed these out as looking interesting. The set is small but satisfyingly weighty and is packed with interesting rocks (and an arrow head and sharks teeth.) She spent a good portion of the day sorting them and then setting them all out.Got lucky with the geodes and had some nice crystals inside. Really nice set and it's worth it as an educational gift. Not sure if the arrowhead is authentic (seems a bit clean!) however, seeing how pleased my daughter was and how much time she spent looking things up and sorting her finds I am just grateful for this whole product - hopefully it'll spark a lifetime interest in her.I dropped one star only because the documentation wasn't as good as the product itself, think a wall poster or solid booklet (the one that came with it was too basic) would have really rounded the set off.

Grandson will have great fun with these 'treasures'.

Bought as birthday present for granddaughter. Delivered next day. Here’s text from her mum: “ She’s just opened it and she’s ecstatic! Currently downstairs looking at them through her microscope and sorting them all out 😁” Must be good then.

This is a fantastic product and just what my 7 year old son and I were looking for. Loads of different Minerals, rocks and fossils. Would and probably will buy again. 5 Stars

Excellent rock/crystal starter kit. Not too many fossils, mostly sharks teeth, poop, and a shell, but still good. Some dyed stones, most natural, but the guide book helps you ID which is which. Very valuableand educational to know going forward.Amethyst geode chunk was a decent size, and the variety and size of the other rocks/crystals, both polished and rough, was great.I would definitely recommend this brand to someone looking to start or expand their collection.(This was the third kit purchased. The other two, also excellent, were not the Fossil variety. We all are VERY happy with this brand and the care they put into making good kits. The ID sheet and small guide books are a good touch and help the kids identify what is in the collection.)

I bought this for my grandson's 7th birthday. He loves it! Especially all the separately wrapped larger pieces, the numerous sharks teeth and the information book. The fossilized poo caused much laughter. Even my 2 yr old granddaughter was able to identify some of the rocks, with the picture chart included. There are multiples of everything! A fantastic starter collection, for any age, at a great price!

Wir haben für unsere kleinen Archäologen eine Ausgrabungsstätte gebaut, und die Schätze die diese Box bietet vergraben.Die Steine kommen gut verpackt in einem bedruckten Karton. Die Steinen sind nochmals in einer kleinen wieder verschließbaren Plastiktüte verpackt.Ein kleines Buch mit Bilder zu jedem Stein und kleinen Text in Englisch ist auch dabei.Die Steine haben eine gute Qualität und eine gute Größe.

Tb très intéressant même si certaines pierres sont petites. Je trouve rapport qualité prix excellent :-) je découvre au fur et à mesure : trop top 🔝
