Comfortable
Keeps everything separated and comfortable. I struggled with smashing my berries between my thighs while I sleep. These are able to keep all important items out front and away from pinch areas. Price is pretty high so I switched to Real Men. Not quite the separation however still keeps everything from pinch areas and comfortable. And a bit cheaper. However the Sheath are wonderful don’t get me wrong. I’m just a bit of a penny pincher.

Fits great, stays dry, stays in place.
Obviously this is one of those "your milage may vary" kind of products. I purchased one large pair to try, and instantly decided I was going to buy more. The fabric quality is fantastic, the 8 inch boxer briefs do not ride up at all, and the pouch is comfortable and fits everything nicely. I went from having to "shift gears" several times a day, to being so comfortable I completely forgot I was wearing new boxers. I highly recommend these boxers and this brand. I'm planning to drive up to Woodland park Colorado as soon as my schedule allows to buy many more. This is an independent company that ships through mail, so it can be expensive, with the premium price and shipping, however I feel the quality and make is well worth the price. I just happen to live close enough to avoid paying more S&H

Longer boxer briefs perfect fit
I own several pairs of Sheath underwear, ranging from briefs to 6” boxer briefs, and now the 8” boxer briefs. At 6’2”, I prefer the longer boxer briefs—they ride up less and feel significantly more comfortable throughout the day. The standout feature of Sheath underwear is, without a doubt, the dual pouch. It provides excellent separation, preventing the discomfort of everything sticking together. Additionally, the design creates a nice bulge and enhances the male profile when wearing jeans or slacks. The fabric is incredibly soft, and even after many washes, the quality remains outstanding. At 6’2”, 205 lbs, I wear a size M, and the fit is perfect. Highly recommend!”

Surreal Comfort. Yet, Improvement Needed
*First Impressions* Upon receiving the product, I initially wondered if it had been repackaged, as the garment was inverted inside the packaging. However, after inspecting it, I found no signs of prior use, so I proceeded to try it on. *Fit & Comfort* One of the standout features of this design is its ergonomic structure, which allows the anatomy to settle naturally. The dedicated anatomical opening enables easy placement of the penis, while the contoured support pouch provides an optimal fit for the scrotum. Once worn properly, the difference in comfort was instantly noticeable—no awkward clinging between the penis and scrotum, and no unnecessary friction against the thighs. It delivers a uniquely comfortable experience, designed with a man's body in mind. *Material & Design* While the overall design excels in providing support and separation, one drawback is the thin single-layer fabric used in front of the penis compartment. This can lead to the formation of moisture spots, especially if any residual liquid remains after urination. A more absorbent or layered material in this section would improve the product’s practicality. *Final Thoughts* This product offers innovative anatomical support and delivers a refreshingly comfortable fit. However, the issue with moisture retention in the slip layer is a minor inconvenience. (I'm wondering if I should still have a conventional underwear worn over this because of this issue.) With a slight material improvement, this could be an excellent choice for those seeking functional, well-designed underwear. I hope the piece of underwear remains as comfortable after the first wash.

Incredible quality anddurability
Since the first Kickstarter campaign for this brand, the quality, durability, and comfort has only gotten better. Pros - Longer inseam helps prevent the underwear from riding up the thighs and turning this from boxer briefs to banana hammock. - Very durable. Every pair I've had has lasted around 2 years or longer. - Superb comfort. The fabric used is very breathable, is moisture wicking, and feels very silky smooth on the skin. - Pouch for separating the jewels and the scepter, with a convenient fly to skip opening the entire vault. Cons - The pouch can take some getting used to, and could use a little more refinement - Not as many design options to choose from yet, though there are still enough for good variety - A bit expensive per pair, but very justifiable per the Pros above. Bundle deals are quite decent and bring the cost per pair down a good amount. Sheath has yet to fail me in any way, as any product issues (I think 1 in the last 4 years) were quickly fixed by their customer service team, including the founder himself.

Great for the man parts
So comfy and keeps everything in the right spot. Wish they were a little cheaper or came in a package of 3. I spent 90 bucks on 3 pairs which goes to show how great they are

The Pouch Puts Pressure on your groin
Short version- I cannot give this higher than 3 stars. The price was insane and the product is not even living up to the claims of the creators as far as comfort goes. Overall, fine pair of underwear. I cannot however, suggest anyone spends money on these. Too much money for too little comfort. Been wearing these for about 24 hours now. Got the medium ones. The pouch is not really well designed. It is a flat seam that puts undeniable pressure on the back of the scrotum. It's not much, but it's distinct and noticeable. The pouch is kinda like a U shape with a straight line across the open part being the seam. If they made it tapered, made the pouch go "back" a little bit instead of just right across this would overcome the issue. Overll, they are still very nice underwear. But their "support" just makes things even more uncomfortable. The design of the pouch is not made with much thought in mind for comfort when you separate the boys into the pouch. It is a CONSTANT pressure right on the very back of the scrotum. Does not go away. Not not get more comfortable. It's literally dangling my bits over a flat straight seam that pushes into the skin. If you use the pouch, you will feel like someone is taking a line of fabric and pulling it up into the back of your sack. A full day of wearing this has not made it better. Without the pouch = Comfortable. Quality material. Feels luxurious. With pouch used = Pressure on the back of the sack that does not go away. All other nice qualities are immediately bypassed because the pressure is the only sensation that the guy is gonna feel in that area.

Really outstanding design and comfort
First let me say that nothing is perfect for everyone. Our bodies are mostly the same, but we're all different at the same time. I read all the reviews and ordered a pair. I love these! I had been trying to design ergonomic underwear that would be more comfortable than what's available in stores. I have a varicocele of the left testicle and it can be pretty tender and annoying at times. Also, time of day and age of a person make a huge difference. In the morning the scrotum tends to be high and tight so everything is supported naturally. In that case, the pouch may not be needed. No problem! Just don't use it during that time. Later, everything tends to relax as the testicles require cooling so the scrotum relaxes. Then it feels like every step is knocking your testicles around. This is when you need the pouch and support. The hole and additional front pouch for the penis is an inspired touch as it allows it to hang in a natural position instead of being smushed all together with the rest of the package. That gets very uncomfortable at times as it feels like one is being turned inside out. This underwear has the design idea I was looking for and failed to find after sewing up many attempts. Kudo's to the veteran soldier who designed these, not only for the idea, but for the courage to act on it. I imagine he took a lot of ribbing and guff from his comrades until they got a pair to try out that is!
