The clever is a very sharp knife, it's great for light duty kitchen tasks. However this is not a butchers clever. I would not use this on bone. The knife is well built and the fit and finish on the handle was done well. I gave this knife as a gift to my brother in law in Brazil and he loved it.

It comes decently sharp and looks beautiful!Rusts easily. Doesn’t stay sharp for very long. Also, theres some issues where the handle isn't smooth where it should be, the white parts of the handle don’t match up well with the metal parts and theres gaps. It doesn’t feel as good as it should. The person i gifted this to enjoys it and uses it regularly but opts for his more durable knife that we got for cheap at a grocery store.

I'd buy it again

The blade, while pretty, was very weak, bendy, and performs poorly when cutting meat or bone, the handle is uncomfortable to grip making extended use annoying. The knife came dull, I could barely dice an onion. I really did try to make the most of this knife, I took it to a wet stone, stored it properly(coated in a thin layer of neutral oil after each use), and even made a sheath for it out of old material (doesn’t come with a sheath btw). But I couldn’t make the knife useable. I regret to say that I have bought knifes from convince stores that are more suited to kitchen use. In the end this is less of a knife and more of a ornament.
