super easy swap if you currently have another Pro1 thermostat

I am very disappointed, I would weigh negative stars if I could. I ordered this thermostat once and it came with new battery terminals, the screen smashed, and multiple pieces missing. I exchanged it and got a second one that also came without battery terminals. This is extremely frustrating given that I could buy a smart thermostat cheaper than this that actually works. DO NOT BUY!!!!!

No battery terminals, just like other reviews state. How does this keep getting missed after years of complaints?

Yes it’s true this thermostat doesn’t have all the bells and whistles but it’s not as hard on your equipment as the other brands are. You need to pay particular attention to how many times your HVAC cycles on and off. More cycles equals shorter system life span. I’ve tried and returned Emerson and Honeywell both had short cycles. I finally found Pro1 thermostats that can be programmed for longer cycle rates. Perfect.

I bought this on the recommendation of the heating and air guy and it is horrible. Trying to program the unit by standing in front of it is a nightmare and programming through the phone app is not much better. Did not anyone think that maybe some of us don’t want our lives controlled by stupid phone apps? Tech support is worthless on this product.

The media could not be loaded.  This item is missing the tabes for the battery and door does not close

This thermostat was defective. It was missing the battery contacts. I had to return it. I would not order this again.
