This was for a golf tournament called "Service to America. Our team was the navy. This was perfect. We did tie the tie with a red crossgrain ribbon instead of using the tie itself. We purchased plain white men's tee shirts and wore navy shorts. The "costume" was the best.

This was cheaply made, but does the trick for a Popeye costume.

Loved this product! I was going on a yacht tour and wanted to look the sailor part-- needless to say I blew it away =) This goes well with a nautical themed speedo (which I wore) and stayed on my head well, inspite of the wind.

It came without white lines as uncompleted. Waste of time. I returned it.

What I expected and of course it fit.... how could it not.

Hat did have the anchor badge on as in previous reviews it said it didn't. However I was making it into a scoops ahoy costume so I removed it anyway. Makes a good costume for 5 pound. Everyone has a stripy top in their wardrobe!

I wore it as an easy and cheap costume to a festival and got exactly what I was expecting. I did have to use pins to pin down the hat, but overall the sailor accessories did the trick
