LaRue Tactical Scope Mount QD LT745 The LT745 places the center-line of the optic 1.5" above the top of the rail for optimum cheek weld with a variety of flat top rifles. The cantilever positions the scope out front over any hand-guard or barrel nut, eliminating the need to span from the receiver to the hand-guard. The cantilever also allows the shooter to obtain proper eye relief. The popularity of the SPR series of mounts is partially due to the innovative backbone that connects the split vertical rings. This design provides a more robust platform for the optics, increases repeat-ability, and eliminates the need for time-consuming lapping. The rings are precision-machined with the tightest tolerances, and feature threaded steel inserts, built to withstand a lifetime of abuse. Like all LaRue mounts, it is precision-machined out of bar stock aluminum and anodized. The locking LaRue Speed Levers provide outstanding return to zero; the optic can be removed, and replaced, without loss of zero. Guaranteed. Ring Sizes:áAvailable with: 35mm, 34mm, 30mm or 1" rings MOA:áAvailable in 10 or 20

Simply supurb mount
This is simply a superb mount. It's quality and fit are ridiculously good. It is slim and paired down to a minimal weight; no bulk to be found here. I really like the vertically split rings. It makes very efficient use of space and material to keep things as slim as possible. Just make sure you follow the installation procedure. When I installed my scope with this on a quality upper, I barely had to adjust it to get point-of-impact on point-of-aim at 100 yards.I chose this version with the levers on the right in order to keep the left side of the gun as clear as possible for carrying slung. The right already has the forward assist and the windage adjustment knob of the scope hanging out, so I didn't feel I lost as much on that side.I still think the price point is really high on these things and wish the price were at least a bit lower. I believe I spent more on my mount than my optic, but it's hard to feel like you overpaid when the product is this good. If budget constrains me to a lesser mount in future, I'm sure it will work, but I will truly miss the quality and precision of LaRue.In case you're interested, I found this paired very nicely with a clean and simple Weaver V10 2-10X38 Riflescope (Matte) . It makes for a slim, lightweight, and versatile package. And a scope at that good a value leaves a little more for a great mount. It clears a rear MBUS too.
