Q: Will this satisfy most mask mandates?

It will not satisfy most mask mandates due to being a costume mask. However there is no rule on customizing the mask so it can satisfy most mask mandates

Q: Is it easy to talk in?

Yes it was easy to talk in, given the fact that I did tighten mine more to fit my face. It just gets a little hot after a while and one of the straps might slide around as you talk, but not excessively. Other than that I was having full blown conversations while wearing it.

Q: Will this fit a young females face?

Mask may be a bit too big for a young females face. I am an adult male and I fit just perfect. I wS not really to happy with the mask because the adjustable strap was actually sewn on backwards so it does not fasten correctly. The nose was a bit pointy and th rubber material smelled. I am in the process of returning but they do not provide free paid shipping like other vendors so I have to spend to ship all the way to China.

Q: Can it protect you from an airsoft bullet?

Well it's latex and easily bendable. It may very slightly reduce the initial impact of the bullet, but I don't believe that it will fully protect you since there are some parts of the mask at are thiner than others and the latex itself is not that thick.
