Dull blade, and customer service refuse to engage.
The blade is dull, and does not easily slice through the skin of a tomato.I contacted the Victorinox support, as suggested by the Amazon site. The support team got back to me, suggesting they do not provide support to sales via their Amazon site. There is nowhere to contact the Victorinox Amazon site, as they just refer back to the official Victorinox site. As a result, there is no-one will engage to provide support, leaving me nowhere.Disapointing product, and unhelpful customer support.
