Generic replacment for Opium Perfume fails the scent test
This is meant to be a generic replacement of Opium Perfume. The box, bottle and color are spot on. However; the most important attribute, the fragrance, is not the same. As another reviewer mentioned, it smells a little like cinnamon. My wife has worn Opium for 40 years and knows the scent and perfume characteristics very well. I knew it wasn't true Opium when I purchased it, but because it was so inexpensive, thought I would take a chance and see if it was a close approximation of the real product. Unfortunately; it isn't. Forgetting what it is suppose to be, it is not a bad fragrance. My wife intends to use the product. A shame the producer couldn't replicate a more accurate scent, if they had, they would have a real winner of a product.

Doesn’t smell like opium
Because I was not paying attention I received a fake bottle of opium fragrance. Not anyone’s fault but mine. It doesn’t smell one bit like opium. I will keep it to wear to the store etc. disappointed that I was daydreaming.

Great deal, greater service!
This perfume has a pleasant sweet smell that isn't too strong and lasts for a good while. Perfect for everyday use whether is for work or casually going out of the house. A good deal, specially for the price you are paying.I would also like to point out the great customer service experience I had. My package couldn't be found and I contacted the seller to see what could be done and they offered options that benefit me as a customer. They offered to send another order for free.

Not cutting it!!
This smells nothing like the real 212. My husband said it smells highly offensive and won’t let me spray it even for room spray.

I really love this product, smells great; it's like your smelling sweet roses and love the after smell too. I'm sure my daughter will love it even more as it's her birthday gift. If you love soft, feminine yet sexy fragrances then this is for you as well.
