Great 2 pack offer, I do like this stuff.
This is nice parchment paper. It is large and there is a lot of it. I haven't used a lot of it yet. It gets the job done. One of the times that I used it the oven was at 400 degrees and the paper did get darker and I could smell a burning smell, there was no fire just the smell, not pleasant and it made me a little nervous about the use, that is why I am giving it the 4 stars. This was my original review 2 years ago I left it, Its important to see how people change as they become accustomed to a product they hadn't used before. It is also good for Amazon to let people have more time to use a product before they do a review. I have now used this product very often and have ordered it a few more times. I just didn't write reviews for it, until now. It has passed the test of my bread baking and everything else.It does get brown from high temperature, but so do other brands. As far as odor; I think it was my cooking stone (it was also new and had a terrible smell for months that it emitted, terrible). It crinkles at the edges, but doesn't catch on fire when I make Ciabatta from scratch. I have taken the temp as high as 425 without crisis so I'm happy. The only thing I don't like is wasting it when I bake cakes, it would be nice if I could get this brand in rounds to fit my cake pans, then I wouldn't have to waste it by cutting it. I has worked great for fruitcake removal, the other name brand actually had my fruit cake stick (everyone of them, I wasn't happy, that was before I found this product) by the way homemade fruitcake is good not like what you get in the store, just saying.I definitely recommend this brand to other bakers. It is a wonderful product. I have told a few fellow bakers in my area about it and I do believe they have tried it also and liked the quality and the price. So buy it and be a HAPPY BAKER

So many uses. . .
This parchment is an incredible value compared to the supermarket, and it works perfectly. I like that I can cut it to suit the size of my baking sheets, because I have many sizes. It isn't practical for me to store a bunch of different size rolls or pre-cut sheets. Aside from the obvious uses, I recently learned that I can put a piece in the bottom of a frying pan, add a little oil and fry my turkey burgers and fish with perfect browning and no horrible sticking (especially the turkey burgers). If you cut your circle wide enough to create a small lip up the pan, the paper can literally be lifted out of the frying pan once it has cooled and there is no mess of any kind underneath. I also use these to line (hard to tape together, but painters tape does the trick) the dining room table and other tables to create completely easy to scrape surfaces for my Christmas baking production. For example, I can line up hundreds of cookies and drizzle chocolate and nuts over the top. Once dried and removed from the table, I take the bench scraper over the top of the paper and collect the excess chocolate and nuts. The paper is nice and clean and all of my left over baking bits from the table get placed in a bowl to make a tray of "Surprise" brownies at the end of the baking bonanza that is Christmas.

Great Product
I have a Costco membership and I have never seen a lot of the Kirkland products that Amazon sells, so I was pleased to find this one. The paper is thick and sturdy, and my daughter and I use it constantly. It has a nice sturdy tear strip on the front of the box, and it tears off easily, without shredded paper or uneven edges. This is a great quality product and a real bargain. We do reuse our parchment paper, and this holds up well for at least two uses, making it an even better bargain. We are low carb and gluten free at our house, so we frequently bake flax buns and breads, and it makes sense to reuse the paper for the same thing. The paper works very well, and food releases easily. It does everything I expect it to, and I like it very much. This is a much better deal than the flimsy paper in small boxes at the grocery store, and I will definitely buy it again. It seems almost silly to be gushing over parchment paper, but this did what it was made to do, and you can't say that about a lot of similar products. I wish it were available on Subscribe & Save, because then it could just turn up on my doorstep without my having to think about it. All joking aside, this is a quality product and well worth the money. I am totally sold on it.

Great alternative to greasing baking pans
One of the things that annoyed me about baking cookies or brownies was the fact that I had to grease the baking sheets or pans, and stuff would usually stick even if I did...especially with brownies. That changed when a neighbour told me about parchment paper. I bought a small box from my local grocery and loved that cookies and even brownies baked perfectly, and I could pull out a brownie chunk without leaving half of it on the bottom of the pan. However, if you plan to bake a lot or throughout the year, buying little boxes of parchment paper starts to add up. This box of 205 ft. will certainly last a long time and isn't as massive as I thought it would be.The only thing I would like the makers to improve is the serrated edge that you cut the pieces off with. Since parchment paper is smooth, it's very hard to cut a piece with a straight edge. By the time it's halfway cut, the paper has rolled and you get a piece that's longer on one edge. This necessitates pulling out scissors so it fits perfectly on a cookie sheet. Other than that, parchment paper is a wonderful aid in easy-cleanup baking and you don't get the burnt residue that stays from whatever it is you used to grease your pan!
