I have used these for years, They stick well and pretty much stay in place all day. I had twins almost 6 pounds each in 1969, that is a LOT of pressure on one's bladder!!

#4 means moderate absorbancy, which is good. Regular length means they aren't too long that they show in back. Perfect for me, I am 5 ft 4 inches.

Almost don't know they are they are there. Find them to be the most effective brand I've tried.

I ;like it. If, I didn't, I wouldn't be buying and using it.

I like that these are light-weight with gel powder, thin and have a nice fragrance; however, they are not wide enough and leak on the sides. In comparison to the Poise pads --moderate, 4 drop, they do not hold the same amount of liquid!

Have used these for many years for bladder control wouldn't use anything else.
