Very hard
Quite hard, stiff. Very uncomfortable to use. The section you put your wrist is the hardest section. It has almost no give so feels like my wrist is laying on a piece of wood instead of memory foam. If it was a bit softer it might be tolerable. As is, it has no noticeable give when the wrist lays on it. It creates pressure rather than cushions.Surprisingly small too. The hand model must have extremely small hands. I have quite small hands so was surprised at how small it turned out to be. The measurements seem accurate. I was so surprised at the size that I double checked to be sure I received the right item. For those that plan on trying it due to the 'Free returns" currently listed you might want to know it may not work out as free. I was given 3 options: "free" if I took it to a UPS store. Nearest one is about 25-30 minutes away. Note the item was delivered via USPS, the post office, not UPS. 2nd option, $5.99 to drop it off at UPS, which is at least an hour away. 3rd option $11.99 to have it picked up at home by UPS. No option to return it in my own packaging with me paying postage. This tiny thing could be mailed back via USPS for less than $3. I've made occasional Amazon returns, in fact just a few weeks ago. This was my first 'free returns" experience. Lesson learned, shop elsewhere if there is any possibility of needing to return an item.

Still hurts
My issue is not carpal tunnel or tendonitis. It is pain that comes from constant pressure points with laying my arm and wrist on a hard surface all day long. This wrist pad did nothing to alleviate that. In fact, it is very firm, almost hard, as well, and I had to stop using it after a few minutes. The seller and transaction were good. I don't much like the product, however.

Not Bad
** edit: I originally gave this 3 stars and I am now changing it to 5. I got my ergonomic vertical wireless mouse and after two weeks of use, all my right wrist pain was gone! I don't even need a wrist support for my mouse hand anymore. Now I put this along my keyboard where my left wrist rests as I type and the minor pain I was experiencing there is gone. I really like having this for my keyboard. I would consider getting one that extends the full length of the keyboard, but with this set up I honestly don't feel like I need it. This little guy does the trick!I work at a call center as a chat representative, so I am using my mouse and keyboard a lot. The last few weeks or so I have had a ton of pain in my right wrist, I figured it was from using the mouse without any kind of rest, laying my arm flat against the desk while using the mouse. I want to like and be satisfied with this wrist rest but I don't think it's helping me much. I feel like maybe it's just not tall enough for me? I also think the rest might not be the problem, even using the rest and wearing a brace at night I am still having a lot of pain. I am now getting a new mouse and I hope that will be the end of my pain. I will still keep and use the rest because it's way more comfortable than my hard desk.Would recommend if you were just looking for a rest, not if you were looking for a lot of support to prevent pain.

Not As Advertised! (See photo)
Not as advertised! Item that came was much smaller than in the advertised previews (the mouse in my photo is a mini). The material is some thin and sticky faux leather and the filling is a weak gel (not the foam, which was advertised). The gel gives under light pressure and provides no comfort. On top of that... I got something totally different than what was advertised. Wth?

After almost a year of use, still holds up !
Usually those gel wrist rest are badly made and will start falling apart after a few month. This item however is still holding pretty good, even after almost a year of intense every day use. It is not the soft kind though, which was one of the reason I selected this model. I will say probably medium softness. But it's still comfortable for me, and like I said earlier, didn't even have any evidence of being used that long (see pictures). I just wish they made a version without those small holes all over it that feels a bit weird on the wrist. The anti-slippery surface in the bottom also do a great job to avoid this moving around while using my mouse, even when directly used on the mouse pad itself instead of the desk.So far, very happy with it. Although, once this one will be at the end of its life, if I can find a version without those small holes/bumps, I will definitely go for it instead.

Really nice
Everyone who waited till their hands fell apart to buy this, then claim it's hard. You waited too long and now your hand is mortally wounded. For the rest of us smart people who take preemptive measures, this pad is EXCELLENT. It is more soft than firm and it feels fantastic versus my wrist at an acute angle on a cold hard desk for 12+ hours a day. Iv had it all... foam...gel...memory gel...fabric rubber plastic everything, this was nice enough I had to double back and grab the mouse wrist pad too!

Good support
Very comfortable. Gives good support.I like that it is not built into the mousepad so I can move it if I want to. Some with the ones built Into the mousepad I had trouble when scrolling down a long page pulling the mouse toward me running into the padding and having to pick the mouse and putting it at the top of the mousepad again to keep going. This I can move and keep scrolling down a super long page without stopping. Sounds silly probably. Oh well.

Comfortable, but...
It's quite smaller than I'd have imagined, so I seem to be adjusting it here and there. After never using one of these and having a desk job for the past year, It has spared me a fair amount of pain that had been caused by my wrist wresting on hard surfaces all day.It came with some kind of film on it, like dried glue consistency... So for the first month or so of using it, I had been constantly bothered by clumps of this stuff. Got it all off, but if it wouldn't have had that, I would have given 4 stars*

OK for weak wristed people
If you have weak wrist or a general limp body, perhaps coupled with left-leaning political views, these foam wrist supports will be ideal to help you feel better about yourself. Also good as a stress ball as they are very tactile, but don't spend too much time touching them, as life is short. Good build quality.

Decent, comfortable wrist rest
I got this as I was staring to get wrist pain from using the mouse too much. It's a good little support. Nice and comfy and does the job well. The 'well' in the middle and the grab that the bottom of the rest have work well to make sure my mouse hand is in the right position, which really helps with the RSI. The only downside for me is that it has a tendency to stick to the wrist on warm and clammy days to the extent where it will lift off the desk when I move my hand to get a drink and then just drop on the floor. Otherwise no complaints on this. It's helped with my wrist pain too which is the main thing!

Well built and strong
The Brila keyboard rest is well made with sealed seams that feel like they could resist a lot of pressure. The filling gel material gives a little under the hand, allowing it to mould to the wrist shape, but then return to normal when the hand is removed. The top fabric coating is fairly smooth and non-irritant, meaning I am able to type for lengthy periods of time. I do not know what benefit the dimples in the top surface are really providing but it does make the rest look different from others. The underneath is a non-slip coating that attracts dust (you do need to remove the plastic covering) but a quick wipe with a damp cloth restores the non-slip capabilities.Size-wise, the wrest is perfect for my Microsoft Bluetooth keyboard, as can be seen in the picture I have attached. It does sit slightly high but this allows the rest to give into the hand better.

Great for work or gamin
I spend most of my time by the computer and have to say this support pad really helps. I can rest my wrist comfortably while working or gaming and still reach borders of my screen. Before it used to hurt after few hours, but now the feeling is gone even during extensive gaming marathons

Sooooo comfy !
After some months working at home permanently stuck to my desk I was really struggling with wrist pain and just wanted something small just for my wrist and this has fitted the bill perfectly. It’s really substantial and perfect for a standalone wrist wrest whilst using a mouse
