At first I was hesitant to buy this but I’ve spent way more money on products that did far less. This waist twister is sturdy, stable and smooth to use. The non-slip surface keeps my feet secure and I love the digital monitor for tracking my progress. The resistance bands are a great bonus and make it feel like a full-body workout. Even my husband who has been health and fitness his whole life, was impressed. He said it gives a good core work out and his shoulders were burning after just 1 minute. Also he’s 6’3 and 260lbs. Overall I’m really glad I bought this and would definitely recommend it. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Solid Build. Great machine for use at the house if gym day gets missed. This is also a great machine for Physical Therapy work. Shoulders, elbows, CTS, even working on balance.

Everything works as it should! Weight limit seems to be accurate as im several lbs underneath the limit and the machine is working fine, no weird creaks or breaking down. I was skeptical about this, as this used to be a fad, but this is great! I get off feeling sore. This is great for me, who lives a sedentary lifestyle and needs something small, easily accessible and quick to use in the middle of the day, in between shows/movies or on calls. If you're looking for an extreme workout, you need to look elsewhere OR add onto this workout with something else. Packs up small enough thay I can fit it in my small closet, so its not in the way and I dont have to constantly be looking at it
