I purchased this induction hob while the kitchen is being refurbished. I had low expectations and with the intention to dispose of it as soon as I am back in the kitchen. I am happily amazed at how powerful and efficient it is. It works in exactly the same way as my large induction hob and takes the same time cooking. It accommodates large saucepans and frying pans. Needless to say, I will continue to use it when I am back in the kitchen. I couldn’t be more delighted with the product which looks good and is easily cleaned.

Good size, taking both a saucepan and frying pan. Reasonable weight when restricted by amount needed to be in our motorhome. Heated up a pan of water very quickly. Only thing to watch is the need for pans usuable on an induction hob. These are not cheap.

The gas stove will always look the best but I am done with setting it up to the greasy clean up. This induction just comes out the bag and turn it on. The easiest to clean. No fuss at all. Not noisy. I was impressed at how well it worked. Only needed it on a 3 really as it would be too much. Fried and heated water for tea. The kettle did take about 5 min to heat enough water for 2 cups but that didn't bother us at all. Did think it was small but there is 2 of us on our VW Camper trips. Did the job. Pans under 25cm i think are best. They did slide about a bit so you have to be careful with the stove being small. Love it!

Love this for camping, can cook inside the tent, much smaller to pack than a gas bottle and cooker! It changes temperature easily with 5 heat levels and a keep warm function. Hasn't tripped the electric on a campsite yet! Very quiet, just a low fan noise whilst on.

Perfect double hob on our yacht as it fits in the space previously taken up with a gas cooker. The 800w maximum power per hob isn't a problem as you will just burn anything with more power as we found out with the previous single induction hob. The bacon pan in the photo is a big pan with a full packet of bacon in it, cooks perfectly. For use at sea gimbals are recommended but the surface is patterned so not completely slippery. The alternative is a small silicone round mat from Amazon. Doesn't effect the power and really makes it non slip. Delighted we switched from Calor gas to induction cooking. Use good quality pans with lids saves electrical power if cooking off grid and keeps the water vapour down, useful on a yacht or caravan. At £98 I am happy to strongly recommend to a friend.

We have building work going on and needed a temporary kitchen in the garage this hob plus an air fryer have been fabulous can cook most anything so really pleased. Would definitely recommend.

A good alternative to a gas cooker provided you either have electric hook up or a good sized powerpack. The surface is slippy so it needs to be on a flat surface or the pan slides around. The controls are easy to use and it packs away into the included bag easily when not on use.
