Q: Is it ok to put in a hot bath?

I use it as perfume (mixed with fractionated coconut oil) or with a diffuser. I don’t see why you can’t use a couple drops in a hot bath. It smells really good.

Q: is this non-gmo and phthalate free?

Im not sure but the claim is no additives or chemicals so maybe that answers your question. The quality seems very good.

Q: Can this be used in DIY leave in conditioner?

Yes, I would imagine so. I've used it with a carrier oil and added it to a lotion. It's pretty strong, so I don't use more than 2 drops for every 4 ounces.
