Bought this some time ago and forgot to review it. This is a high quality item and far better than the sky standard type of dish IMHO. Has been in use a few years now and has been flawless in its operation and robustness of build (we live in Scotland, it gets a tad "brave" weather wise at times!) Buy with confidence.

I've not had time to install yet but it's good quality everything is in the package to make it easier to install when I get round or time to install

Very pleased with the product - well made and packaged. I was worried about the mounting pole being able to support the dish when turned through 60 degrees. No problem - when using the longer arm of the L-shaped pole to project the dish further away from the wall. There is a 5 degree scale on the bracket used to adjust the dish elevation so that was useful in setting the required elevation (values from dishpointer.com). The LNB provided just snaps on with a fixed skew setting - so no worries there. I approximated the required Astra 28.2E azimuth, or bearing, using a compass. On the first test I found that signal was so strong it sent my satellite finder meter right off the scale. I needed to order a 6db attenuator to dampen the signal before continuing to fine tune the dish position with the meter. When I thought I had achieved the best readings I connected the dish up to a freesat unit and TV mounted on the kitchen worktop below, switched on auto scan setup. Italian stations found only! To cut a long story short, I used the freesat box manual setup and entered the details the Midlands BBC TV transponder found on the Internet and left it running while I went up and down the ladder a few times finely adjusting the dish azimuth and elevation until the signal strength and quality figures appeared and could be optimized. Tightened up all the supporting bolts and I'm up and running! Very pleased with the product. (Note: if you have a freesat box/TV that had been previously setup for your location it would make finding the satellite a whole lot easier!)

We bought this dish to replace a “standard” size dish as we were having difficulties obtaining a stable signal. The overall construction is sturdy and the assembly instructions are clear. Once assembled and installed it was very easy to find the satellite signal which proved to be strong and very stable.Recommended.

A couple of bolts short, slide on the lnb could be better, it's not quite long enough to keep the connections from getting wet. Overall, not bad for the price, adequate for Freesat, no problems with picture quality.
