TTstar Cool Mist Inhaler Vaporizer Accessories Kit with Air Tubing, Vaporizer Cup

Can anyone or the seller give me an answer as soon as possible? The filter holder I received has only a slit of opening on the top (see attached images). By the pattern on the holder, one would think there would be openings spread out evenly throughout the entire holder, meaning all alternate slots would be open. But there is only one slot on the top that is open. Is that normal by design? Or am I receiving a defective one. Will update the stars rating later.

Bought this for my mother out of state because her insurance wouldn't pay for one when she had bronchitis and pneumonia. She reported that she absolutely felt better with the saline nebulizer treatment. I am very thankful that these items are avaiblr for purchase since Medicare clearly doesn't care if my mom lives or dies!!! As a retired nurse I believe this is truly a travesty given the millions of wasted dollars they spend! Thank you!!

These foam filters were purchased for my 94 year old Mom's breathing machine. The fast delivery and inexpensive price were so much better than the last company I had purchased these from. I will be purchasing them again when needed.
