Chef Paul Prudhommes really knows how to do spices. The Blackened Steak Magic is one of my favorites and it is fantastic on steak. Put a little on a baked sweet potato, and you have an excellent dinner! Delicious!

inadequate packaging
Love the seasoning and have used it for years. The problem is the packaging. Jar was wrapped in thin bubble wrap and sent in a thinly padded bag. The jar arrived with a cracked lid with seasoning leaking out.
