So the product arrived with the lid broken off one of it's hinges, so that put everything off to a good start. Then the oil brush head was falling apart, so the sponge was coming off it's base; then the polishing head is actually a tad too big to fit onto the device so it keeps falling off. The device itself is not powerful enough to actually get a shine on any of your shoes, so from someone who has done a lot of shining for shoes that wanted a quicker way of achieving the same affect, I would not recommend. Stick to using manual force.

Rotates at snails pace and put the slightest pressure on it and it stops. Chuck a tenner to your favourite charity, save the difference and you’ll be much happier

I looks good in the pictures but when you get it you will be disappointed pay cheep pay twice

Don't know why I expected it to be any good for £7,cheap and nasty only 3 of the 4 rotary heads fit and apply any pressure on the shoe and it almost stops Avoid

Always waned once since I first used it in a hotel. This works great for a detailed polishing or a quick buff in the morning. love it.

Love everything about it! Works great! All of my co workers love using it!
