Choung Soo Naengmyeon, Korean Cold Noodle with Soup Base 720g (2 Pack)

Versatile and easy-to-cook noodles
The noodles are surprisingly good - they are comparable to or better than the soft noodle versions shipped preserved in a bit of vinegar and sealed. It is easy to cook - just boil for 4 minutes, drain, quickly wash with cold water (important), and drain again. The soup and sauce packaged together are acceptable. You can use the noodle in other (not necessarily cold) soups as well, e.g., add some of these noodles to Korean beef bone soup 곰탕/설렁탕, because why not? For a cold variety, you can mix some with well-seasoned kimchi and sesame oil. I find myself using the noodles more often for other soup noodles than the cold noodles 냉면.

Delicious!
These noodles are awesome. It comes with a pack that is a cold soup variety and a spicy bibim variety. Each pack contains 4 servings which I think is a good value. The spicy bibim is quite spicy so be warned! It's actually quite common in Korea to combine the bibim sauce with the soup kind so that would be a good way to keep the heat down. The noodles have a great texture and are very chewy so eat carefully. These noodles hit the spot for these sweltering Florida summer days.

This is a 2-pack, 1 clear soup and 1 spicy noodle no soup
This is good but I didn’t realize the 2-pack was one mul naengmyeon (clear soup) and one bibim nengmyeon (spicy noodle). I enjoy bibim naengmyeon as well as the clear soup but I don’t like the MSG in the bibim sauce, I make my own from non-high fructose corn syrup gochujang with no MSG

Delicious ( ^_^ )
Tried only the spicy noodles and it was really good. They also give a lot of noodles. Each package has 4 servings, so you will get 8 servings altogether.

These noodles are NOT GLUTEN FREE and spicy bibim sauce contains MSG.
I bought these noodles for my son who is gluten intolerance. We do not like to eat food with MSG.I added photos, so, people can see what's in them.
