Maple Rub Spice Seasoning From Pure Vermont Maple Syrup (7.5)

The best seasoning I have ever used - good on any type of meat or seafood or vegetable.

Amazing spice and can use in many ways!

It tastes a little light requiring using more product when I smoke bacon but it's pretty good stuff

I used this rub on smoked cream cheese and it was a home run. The aroma and flavor went really well with the Maple/Hickory/Cherry pellets I was using. I can’t wait to try this when I smoke up some salmon

I sprinkle on bacon and it is a hit. I have used it on French fries as my secret seasoning. A coworker I recommended it to incorporated it into his smoked brisket. I hope it becomes available soon; I’m getting low.

We normally use Chef Paul's Salmon Magic or Seafood Magic for finned delights. Last we tried something new, adding a good sprinkling of this Maple Rub Spice Seasoning, (From Pure Vermont Maple Syrup). OMG! Awesome color to the finished fillets without being to salty or smokey tasting. Reminded me of a trip to Etta's Seafood in Seattle for their fabulous planked salmon! Likewise fine on carrots, squash, yams

Since buying this seasoning for the first time almost a year ago we haven't been able to get enough of it! We use it on just about everything, and it immediately became the go-to jar in our spice cabinet. The flavors balance each other wonderfully, and this rub is especially good on steak and pork.
