Large Gold Antique Style Wall Mirror Wood 5Ft10 X 2Ft10 178cm X 87cm

I was really disappointed with this product. Firsty, I wouldn’t mind if there was just a little dust - but for the price I paid, the mirror arrived absolutely filthy.Not only with dust but also sticky residue as if a sticker was on it, and there were paint marks as if other items had been tested against it. It took ages for me to clean.Secondly is the finish. It doesn’t look authentic old. The sides are not aged, they’re just spray painted gold. My home has real ornate frames and this looks very tacky in comparison, the gold is not realistic and the way it’s spray painted looks fresh and not vintage or classic.Thirdly the image is all bent, presumably because there’s a mirror in a PhotoFrame, but the image is very distorted as shown in the images and ts embarrassing and inadequate as a mirror.Finally there is grey dust that’s all over the intricate part. I guess that’s their idea of ageing it, but it actually just looks like the grey paint primer is cracking. You can pick the grey dust off with your fingers. So the frame is freshly painted gold and the middle is aged with grey primer dust.Overall I would not recommend this product. If the price was £80, then it would make more sense. You can get far more for your money from other stores.If the seller improved the cleanliness of the product, and actually put some effort in and lightly sanded the gold to make it look older, maybe use an oil to dye parts darker so it looks really old instead of an awkward grey dust, it would have the potential to be worth the 139 I paid for it. But not right now.I will attempt to fix it myself since returns is really a pain, I think it has a lot of potential but again I shouldn’t have to do the work at this price point when you can get very similar in ikea for 30% less that comes clean.

I love this mirror. Really makes a statement in a room. Has very French antique chic vibes. Good value for money too. Delivery was professional and swift. Would wholly recommend. 5*

The gold paint is not exactly gold it’s more like orange. The back panel isn’t as neat and solid, it’s like a botched up back panel made of different sections. I couldn’t be bothered to return but I’m disappointed with the product.

This is a beautiful mirror. It's exactly what I wanted and then some! Highly recommend this if you are looking to have a statement piece in your room.
