Danish Tutor: Grammar and Vocabulary Workbook (Learn Danish with Teach Yourself): Advanced beginner to upper intermediate course (Tutors)

This book is fantastic for learners of Danish. It gives very clear and useful explanations of grammar, has a ton of fun exercises that really do help you learn and is definitely value for money. It’s very similar to the grammar books I used at university to study Spanish and German.If you like to follow along the CEFR scale, it gives a brief description in each unit of what level you’re working at. My only personal issue with this book, is that this isn’t in order but it’s not an issue at all.It’s definitely not for beginners but you can start using it once you get confident with your skills and it is a fun challenge.

Very comprehensive for studying Danish when your vocabulary level is ok-ish and the grammar is not. I would not recommend it for absolute beginners.It is very well organised and the structure of each unit really helps with solidifying one's knowledge. 5/5

This is the best Danish grammar self-study book with exercises that I have come across. It is clear, concise and full of helpful advice. The vocabulary in the book goes beyond beginner level and adds phrases and expressions that are useful in everyday conversation. I wish the authors would write a follow-up book!

Brilliant book for learning the grammar in depth aswell as grasping the harder subjects whilst being at a beginner level. However, if you are planning on getting this book after completing danish on duolingo, this will be too advanced and will not understand many of the words. :) So i'd recommend a different book for that. However for an advanced beginner to advanced, is just as i'd describe it aswell. A nice nifty book. Would recommend!
