Great starter instrument
I had some initial issues, these were very quickly resolved by the vendor. This is a three piece recorder and comes with a clear vinyl cover and a pull through. You will need to supply your own swab for it.I found the recorder I had has a very stiff headpiece and takes quite a significant amount of force to rotate and remove the headpiece. The vendor has been extremely helpful with the issue and this looks to be identified now. This is a great starter instrument and I was looking for good value for money. This more than fits the bill. It is brown and cream an colour, which is traditional and if you can blow correctly, has a nice tone.After the initial issue I had with the recorder, I cannot fault the follow up and support from the vendor. It plays very well and the intonation is well within what I would expect. I had forgotten how different the fingering is from recorder, to flute, clarinet and saxophone, and I’m going to try and teach my niece to play... wi

Good looking recorder
This recorder will be for my Grandson, who is beginning lessons at his school after Christmas. It looks good quality, like a professional instrument, so I hope he will retain his enthusiasm and learn to play it well!

Does the Job if you need a Recorder
I needed a recorder for GISH, so I could play Carry on my Wayward Son in front of Stonehenge. I wasn't looking for a high quality instrument, just something that could get the job done. I taught myself how to play the instrument on the 2 hour drive to Stonehenge. You can imagine how much my family enjoyed that road trip. ;-) . But it did the job admirably, and I got the footage I needed for my scavenger hunt. Great basic beginner instrument on a budget.
