Beautiful music box for our son, he loves the magnetic train and the music

I purchased this music box intending to give it as a gift, but it arrived broken and did not work at all. Seller TAKEFUNS was responsive, immediately replying to my query with troubleshooting suggestions. When these did not help, they shipped out a replacement, which arrived quickly and worked perfectly. I am so happy with this music box, and more importantly, its recipient was head-over-heels for it.

This music box is super cute and plays a good song. An arm came off one of the animals during shipping but it was easy to fix. Very similar to an expensive music box I've seen elsewhere.

The music box is just as portrayed. The train goes around and through the tunnel while a nice waltz plays. All wood with an unseen magnetic device that pulls the train around. I bought it for my 2 year old grandson and he was transfixed.

Very cute but not great quality. Each came broken but finally got one that was ok.

The music box itself is beautiful and made for a lovely Christmas gift for our 5 year old daughter. We bought the one with the four ballerinas on it. You have to wind up the whole base that the ballerinas are on to get the music going, which took us a second to figure out because there was no metal wind-up piece like a traditional music box. It worked for about two weeks after Christmas and then just stopped making music. The wind-up feature doesn't provide resistance anymore and it won't properly wind-up to make music. The process to return is cumbersome and you have to pay for return shipping yourself to get a refund. Now we're stuck with a broken music box and a sad 5 year old.
