We use glycine for its calming and healing effects on a family member. This is the only one that calms them and we've tried several other highly-rated brands. Nothing comes close. Has to do with absorption I imagine. It already dissolves better than the other brands. This is also a finer texture than most of the other brands. It's like the difference between powdered sugar and sugar in the raw. The taste is also sweeter without any weird aftertaste. My main complaints is I wish there was a bulk option because it is constantly out of stock and takes time to arrive. I don't buy multiples because I'm always concerned about authenticity, stability, and expiration with supplements.

I know this is good for me which is why I take it but it has a light bitter taste which I do not like. I'm not quite sure why but it's still a great buy for the price. My taste buds are very sensitive so that might be the reason why.

I feel the difference when I'm out. It also has a very light sweet taste and dissolves easily in drinks.

I mix this with less desirable "healthy" things and it helps the taste! I feel it works well, it mixes well, no grittiness. I have been able to stretch this to go quite a way so it is a value for what I am using it for and absorbs into my system smoothly. NOT MEDICAL advice just personal experience here.

Good for relaxing and to curb hunger..m

I take it at night with a bit of Taurine. Initially it seems to keep me up. I must make myself lay down to sleep. Once I do, I get a bit of sleep, yet, I wake again a few hours later. I must say that upon rising the next morning I feel rested and energized.
