I loved this set. This was an awesome deal for the price. Haven't tried the washi tape yet but you get a lot of it. Love the markers. Have used them on ordinary notebook paper and they don't bleed through! Very impressed! The yellow one doesn't show up well on white paper but expected that. They're not finest tip but do write fine to allow for my small handwriting which is hard to get when it comes to writing with markers. The book itself is very nice. Would expect to buy same book for more from a book store. Has a pocket inside back cover for storing loose papers, stickers, etc... The outside cover is very soft and supple. I love that the outside cover is plain black and has no brands, logos, or design on it. That means it could go everywhere with you and not stick out as a personal journal in a meeting, etc.. Is nice that is has two ribbon bookmarks. This will be my second bullet journal. For starting out, didn't know if I'd like it or not so started out with a plain old cheap ruled notebook so haven't used a journal with the dot grid like this one has yet. They're very subtle on pages so will take some getting used to but once a page is covered with drawing and writing, I don't think they'll be too distracting. This is a great starter kit for someone who wants to get into journaling! Has everything you need to get started!

My husband buy this for me, and I have my doubts about the paper quality, because of the ink bleed. But once I started. I can't stop. I really love it. It's very good quality. I used every kind of color pen I have sharpies, paper mate, etc... And I must say that the only ones that they don't bleed are paper mate and the ones that come with the box. I put pictures of what I'm doing and I can be more happier with this product <3 when I finish the pages I'm going to order a new one... And like I said. If you see pages bleed is because I didn't used the color pens that come with the box.

I’m new to bullet journaling and have really enjoyed this kit. I’ve pinned a lot of things on a board on Pinterest to give me ideas to get started and it has been amazing. I’m the kind of person who is always very organized so I love what I can do with the bullet journal. The journal is high quality and the pens do not bleed through the paper. I’ve started using colored pencils for coloring in larger doodles. The washi tape is really cute as well.

I’m new to bullet journaling, so this seemed like a good “start-up” kit. I was extremely pleased with the quality of the journal, especially the soft leather cover. It also has 2 ribbon book marks as well as an elastic band to hold the journal closed. The pens write really well and have vibrant color. The washi tape is extremely cute and a wonderful addition to my journal pages. In short, if you’re looking for a good set to begin with, this set is really a bargain for all that is included. I did not want to spend a lot buying each thing individually in case I did not enjoy using the journal. Luckily, I love the relaxation of putting my thoughts/plans into it. The only down side is that if you mark heavily on a page, it bleeds through a tiny bit onto the next page. It doesn’t bleed nearly as bad as I expected.

I have been journaling daily with this set for the past week and a half and am very pleased. Based on some of the other reviews, I was concerned about the pages being thin and the markers bleeding through, but for the price, it does a great job. If you do hardcore coloring i.e. pictures or lots of heavy font, you CAN see it on the backside of the page, but it is faint and not enough to prevent using both sides of the pages. The markers are nice - not the thinnest in the world, but a great starter set. The washi tape is also great. It was my first foray into bullet journaling and was well worth it. I can see how you would want to upgrade over time, as your journaling skills improve. But I am extremely pleased and will probably repurchase when its time for a new one. Highly recommend.

Addressing the key things:1. Excellent pens- do not leak, good color choices, write well.2. Good quality paper- at least with the pens that come with the set, there has been no ink showing on the back of the pages.3. Cute washi tapes- the tapes are in pretty colors and prints. I do wish they were a little less transparent but otherwise I have no complaints.4. The notebook- good quality. The cover feels nice. Lots of pages at least enough for 6 months. There’s a pocket inside that’s really helpful too.Overall- happy with my purchase. Would go for it again once this journal runs out.

I was skeptical about buying this because I didn't think I would make the time to actually create my own journal, however as soon as I got it I was in love. I over organize everything and this journal helps keep me in focus of my goals and helps relieve stress. I like that I can customize each page and tailor to what I want it to be about. The quality of the product lives up to expectations. The pages don't bleed through and the pens are great quality. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who is interested in it. I love mine and I am always excited to come home and track my progress for the day.

I bought this after I realized that a lot of my personal day to day things were getting into my professional notebook that I use for meetings. The research on how it can be helpful for anxiety was a bonus. It's a thick journal so don't worry about running out of space too quickly. The pens are high quality and don't bleed through the pages. I haven't really used the washi tape with the journal yet, but I plan to in the future. I also use this journal to lightly sketch out some cross stitch designs, so it's useful in so many great ways! I highly recommend for anyone who needs an everyday journal and the supplies to be creative for a great price.
