Anolon Advanced Nonstick Baking Pan / Nonstick Cake Pan, Square - 9 Inch, Gray

Like all my other Anolon pans I have I love this pan. Everything I have bought of this Anolon is a great product and does everything they say it will do. It’s nonstick dishwasher safe and doesn’t scratch. All around great quality products! I am buying one at a time until I get them all.

I love my Anolon cookware! When I needed a new springform pan, Analon was the natural choice. Let me tell you, I was not disappointed! The spring mechanism is strong and solid. This pan will last a long time. The non-stick finish is smooth and lives up to its claims. I recommend this springform pan and all Analon products.

Have enjoyed my Anolon product s decided to add these pans , very easy to use and clean. Evenly cooks cake layers perfectly.

I didn’t even know I needed a 9” square pan. I bought it on a deal and because I love my Analon sauté pans. Now that I have it, it is my go to pan for 1 1/2 to 2 qt casseroles because I’ll get more crispy topping to filling ratio. Thinner brownies are what I want sometimes too. As a substitute for a 9x13 pan if using one would make a recipe too thin. Plus my 8x8 and 9x13 pans are Pyrex and the metal cooks faster and browns bottoms and edges better.

Just received my Anolon and quickly made my favorite Junior's No 1 cheesecake. The pan is reasonably heavy duty, the latch seems well made, the rivets are tight and the teflon is well executed and thicker than the cheapo pans. The lip on the bottom seems fine, but I tested it first by filling it with water. The H2O leaked out. Makes me really nervous about putting this in a water bath while baking. I used it with the sponge cake batter and it seems to have worked, but I skipped the water bath. I haven't decided to keep it or ask for a replacement......any thoughts?

This is a very high quality springform pan. Substantial, solid and well designed, I am sure this will be the last springform pan I ever need to purchase. Far superior to the one it is replacing and well worth the price.

Bought with little expectations, nice surprise, everything bakes evenly. Cover is a nice too! I don't let anyone use a knife while cutting, I carry my plastic spatula to eliminate scratches in the pan. Would recommend.

Great set of non-stick baking pans. I hand wash mine to prevent mild rust from forming in dishwasher use. Easy to clean.
