Perfect Tape Measure - Pocket Precision Circumference and Diameter Tape Measure and Layout Pocket Tool in Metric and Imperial - 1/4" Width x 6.6ft / 2m Length Blade

I was looking for a small tape measure for everyday carry. This is it. Small enough you don’t notice it’s in your pocket until you need it. Both inches & centimeters. Compact and well made, extends and snaps back easily.

Basic measuring tape. I like the graduations in linear increments on one side and diametric measurement on the other side.

The measure is well constructed and accurate and very reasonably priced. I was surprised and glad to find a tape with diameter capabilities well below industrial grade costs. The only improvement I would suggest concerns the hook end which is installed for conventional linear measurements. On the diameter side the "0" starts well after the hook so one needs to line up at the "0" , see photo. If possible a clip should be modified so it could be used for both sides of the tape and then of course the diameter measurements would start at the clip. After good communications with the manufacturer I realize it would not be best to change the clip and "0" start for most users.

This is a fabulous little tape measure that has keychain and is very thin so fits nicely in your pocket and has 6+ ft tape! I’ve had 3’ tapes before, but often that’s not long enough. Glad I found this. Metal case might last a little longer in the pocket, but would likely be heavier, and this is quite light.

Other than the scale labels on the diameter measuring side (underneath) seem to be flipped, which I can live with. It seems to be a good solid product. Small, simple, thin, no extra garbage to break, get in the way, or make it bulkier than it should be. I'm frequently in need of a tape measure at the most inopportune moments so I wanted something I could carry around in my pocket and this seems to be the one. If it doesn't hold up to my grind-stone of a pocket, I'll let you know!

CArry it every day in my pocket.

It feels very cheap. It is hard to read with millimeters on the top of the tape instead of inches and it has no lock to keep it open.
