It’s great that you can put your medical injections cool as well as when you’re at home. Well made and contains ice compartments . Great value for the money. Can’t fault it whatsoever.

This was very useful when going away for a visit and enabled me to take medication that needed to be refrigerated. No problems with security.

This is ideal, particularly if you use syringes or pens to inject your insulin, because it will keep everything cool, particularly when travelling. I’m an insulin pump user but it kept my insulin cartridges cool for 5 hours in a car on a hot day. The small ice packs stay cold for a good period of time and they re-cool relatively quickly. The case itself is pretty enough to be mistaken for a make up bag or pencil case. There’s not LOTS of room but it’s sufficient to carry insulin to last for a couple of weeks at least.

Great product love the removable insert and padded edges. unfortunately it didn’t fit in my daughters spacer along with her medicines so had to return it.It’s a structured case with an insulated insert and padded edges perfect for carrying medicine, this didn’t fit my daughters spacer along with her medicine and epipens therefore needed an alternative but would have been great if we didn’t need the spacer. Would have been perfect if there was a little handle.
