What is the difference between chain lubrication and chain cleaner shall I want to use both??

You definitely need both. Cleaner is a spray you need to use to remove the dirt and grease. Once cleaned, you need to use the lube. Using the lube on a dirty chain will only keep increasing the sticky grease and eventually can damage your sprocket / damage the chain
