To a chance on this item we were going on a road trip and my kid gets car sick by staring at the phone. It was simple to install and my kid loves it. Only negative thing about it is that the item doesn’t clamp on the bar of the headrest as tight as I would like. But overall very happy with the purchase

They were strong/heavy duty, but didn't work on my headrests. By the time I tried to send them back, it was past the date that I could.

I think they work great as a phone holder. It has a great expander for phone size. I just don't love it as a hook.
