Ordered 2 pots of these. Packaging is fine, some grammatical mistakes on the labelling. These are from China, not Italy where many high street and Deli dried Porcini's come from. I eat dried Porcini's every week, in risotto and rice dished. These are a decent size but such a very weak flavour. If you are looking for dried mushrooms to bulk up a dish then these will work, but if, like me, you are after that intense rich umami flavour then you are far better off ordering from your usual supermarket as they are vastly superior.

The mushroom are of a very high quality .clean good sized pieces which add a depth of flavour to any dish.

Nach 1 stündigem Wasserbad verwendbar. Hervorragender Geschmack, Farbe und Konsistenz. Mit Putengeschnetzeltem, Zwiebeln, Knoblauch, roter Paprika, etwas Zitronesaft und ein Schuß Sahne ergab diese Mischung ein leckeres Paprikasch! Klare Kaufempfehlung. LG :)

It was a good deal for the price and the mushrooms were flavorful. I grind them up with other spices and make my own umami seasoning. The commercial ones have too much salt. It made yummy seasoning
