I had a similar product previously, and this seems just as good. But it has the added convenience of a jar vs. an envelope which I like. I sneak veggies into food this way for my grown husband. LOL

This spinach powder seems fine, no gritty or muddy taste or feeling. Plus it comes in a neat and convenient jar. I find spinach not always easy to purchase: if going late in the day the stock in shops may be finished, many bruised and wilted leaves in remaining bunches if any which are irritating to clean. Adding this powder to food at least gives some nutrional benefit of leafy green leaves any day. Now if they add a scoop or spoon for this product it would be even better...

I love sneaking healthy stuff into my family's meals. I've put spinach in things their entire lives and they always complain about the "green stuff." I know they don't like it only because they can see it so now I get greens into them and they don't have to see it. Unfortunately, the bottle doesn't say how much a serving is. I'll just keep increasing the amount I use until someone complains.

It tastes ewww with smoothies.. i think this should be used only in curry preparation.
